
Club Members
The School's first real estate course was created in 1976, an interdisciplinary curriculum in 1984, and two years later, the establishment of a joint MBA/Master of Regional Planning (MRP) degree program. In 1999, UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School began offering a concentration in real estate development for students in the MBA Program.
